两种凸面后房型人工晶状体植入十年观察

目的观察两种不同凸面后房型人工晶状体植入后后囊混浊情况。方法按凸面向后和凸面向前分为A组和B组，其中A组19例，B组16例。结果分别在术后2月、6月、1年、3年、7年、10年进行随访，后囊发生ELschnig株，A组2月为11．5％，4～10年为47．3％，B组2月为12．5％，4～10年为75％；后囊皱褶，A组7～10年为47．3％，B组7～10年为75％，后发障A组10年为21％，B组37．5％。结果A组术后并发症少，远期疗效好（P＜0．01）。结论作者认为应用双凸型后房人工晶状体有助于减少后发障等并发症。

A ten years investigation on therapeutic results of different convexintraocularlens implantation

Objective The Posterier capsular opacification in differnt conves pseudophakic eyes were investigated. Methods The eyes were divided into group A and group B according to convex postword or forword. There were 19 cases in group A and 16 cases in group B. Results These eyes were followed up in 2 months,6 months, 1 year,3 years,7 years, 10 years after the operation. Elschnig pearl on posterier capsuler was happened in 10.5% in group A and 12.5% in group B at 2 months after the operation,and 47.3% group A and 75% group B at 4~ 10 years after the operation. Posterier capsuler fold developed in group A was 47. 3%, in group B was 75% at 7-10 years after operation.The secondary cataract rate was 21% in group A and 37.5% in group B at 10 years after the operation. The complications in group A were significantly less than those in group B(P < 0.01). Conclusion Therefore, biconcex intraocular lens are suggested to be implanted to decrease the rate of secondary cataract.
