人工晶状体前膜16例临床分析

对16例人工晶状体前膜的产生原因进行回顾性分析。结果：手术操作顺利者膜发生率为10．6％，操作欠顺利者为77．8％，（P＜0．001）。老年性白内障术后膜发生率为11．8％，外伤性者为43．8％，（P＜0．05）。术后早期（6－8h）活动性散瞳能有效预防和减轻前膜形成，提高手术技巧及早期活动性散瞳是预防的关键。对外伤性白内障术后更应注意前膜的发生以利早期处理.

Sixteen cases clinical analysis of membrane on the anterior surface of intraocular lens

The causes of membrane formation on the anterior surface of in fraocular lens(IOL) were analysed retrospectively in 16 caese The results showed that the incidence of membrane on the anterior surface of IOL was 10.6% in those caese which operations were performed smoothly,and it increased to 77.8% in those cases which operations were not per formed smoothly. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.001) . The incidence of membrane in senile cataract and traumatic cataract was 11 .8% and 43.8%, respectively(P<0.05) .Mydriasis at early postoper ative stage (6~8 hours after the operation) was effective on preventing and decreasing the formation of membrane. Improvement of the operative technique and mydriasis at early stage were important in prevention,which were especially important for fraumatic cataract.
