| 摘 要： | 目的观察双眼同时进行白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入的手术效果。方法24例双眼同时进行现代白内障囊外摘出及人工晶体植入式，术后观察视力、后囊浑浊程度、眼压及限内炎症情况，并与单眼同样手术的眼进行对照。结果不论同时手术的双眼之间、或是同时手术的双眼各自与单眼同样手术的眼之间在术后视力和并发症方面都无显著差异。结论双眼白内障同时行囊外摘出并人工晶体植入术在临床上是可行的，但并不主张医生向病人推荐双眼同时手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical results of simultaneous binocu lar extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (ECCE-IOL). Methods Simultaneous binocular ECCE-IOL were performed in 24 cases of senile cataract. Postoperative vision, posterior capsule opacification, intraocular pressure and inflammation were observed and compared with those after monocular ECCE-IOL. Results No sig nificant differences of postoperative vision and complications existed be tween the two simultaneous operative eyes or between either of the two eyes and monocular oparative eye. Conclusion Simultaneous binocular ECCE-IOL is feasible clinically. |
