αFU检测对原发性肝癌的诊断研究

目的 :探讨血清α -L -岩藻糖苷酶 (αFU)在原发性肝癌 (PHC)诊断中的意义。方法 :建立原发性肝癌组、肝硬化组、转移性肝癌组、其他肝病组和健康对照组。测定各组的α -L -岩藻糖苷酶水平 ,在原发性肝癌组中同时做血清αFP、αFU测定。αFU、αFP的测定均采用ELISA酶标法。结果 :原发性肝癌组αFU活性显著高于其他肝病各组 (P <0 .0 1) ,与正常对照组相比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :αFU检测可弥补αFP低水平的不足 ,是一诊断原发性肝癌的有效血清酶学指标。对临床诊断有较大的参考价值

Diagnostic Research of aFU on Primary Hepatic Cancer

Objective: To probe into the significance of serum aFU on the diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer (PHC). Methods: PHC group , hepatic sclerosis group , metastatic hepatic cancer grorp , other liver diseases group and control group , and test aFU of each group were established. In PHC group , aFP and aFU were tested by the method of ELISA. Results: The activity o f aFU in the PHC group was obviously higher than that in other liver diseases groups (P<0.01). Compared to the control group, there was great difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The test of aFU can make up the insufficiency of aFP. It is an efficient target of serum enzyme to diagnose PHC, and it has some reference value.
