普米克令舒联合特布他林雾化液辅助治疗支气管哮喘疗效评价

目的探讨普米克令舒联合特布他林雾化液辅助治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法将我院儿科2004-01-2007-12收治的125例支气管哮喘患儿分为治疗组和对照组。2组均采用综合治疗,对照组用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。用法为每次1ml（含布地奈德0.5mg）,加生理盐水至2～3ml,由氧气压缩泵雾化吸入,每日2次,每次吸入10～15m,疗程为5～7d;治疗组,在对照组的基础上,加用特布他林雾化液1ml,用法为每次1ml由氧气压缩泵雾化吸入,每日2次,每次吸入10～15m,疗程为5～7d;对2组疗效,以及症状、体征的持续时间,住院时间等进行评价。结果治疗组治愈率明显提高,哮喘音湿啰音咳嗽消失及住院时间明显缩短,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论普米克令舒联合特布他林雾化液辅助治疗支气管哮喘,可缩短病程,提高治愈率,疗效确切,使用安全。

Evaluation of the Effect of Pulmicort Respules Combined with Terbutaline Sulfate Solution in the Treatment of Bronchitic Asthma.

Purpose To explore the effect and safety of Pulmicort Respules combined with Terbutaline Sulfate Solution in the treatment of Bronchitic asthma; Method 125 chiidren patients with bronchitic asthma, admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2007 are divided into treatment group and compsrison group. Both groups apply the comprehensive treatment and the comparison group receives the aerosol inhalation treatment of Pulmicort Respules. Usage As for the comparison group, 1ml dose containing 0.5mg Budesonide, added with physiological salt solution to 2-3ml, use oxy-gen-compreseor pump atomization- inhalation, twice per day, 10-15 m？n per inhalation with a treatment duration of 5-7 days. As for the treatment group, in addition to what is applied for the comparison group, add 1ml Terbutaline Sulfate Solution, which is inhaled after being atomized by the oxy-gen -compressor pump （twice per day, 10-15 m？n per inhalation with a treatment duration of 5-7 days）. Then the different effects of the two groups, the duration of the symptoms and the body signs as well as the hospitalization period are evaluated. Result In the treatment group, the cure rate is significantly improved; asthma sound, moist rale and cough disappsar; the hospitalization period is considerably reduced. Such results are largely different from those gained from the comparison group （P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The use of Pulmicort Respules combined with Terbutaline Sulfate Solution in the treatment of Bronchitic asthma can reduce the disease progress and improve cure rate with definite effect and assured safety.
