| 摘 要： | 本文介绍1例少年肾移植患者术后按常规剂量口服环孢素A后血药浓度监测谷值偏低，根据患者的药代动力学参数及肝肾功能状态。应用微机软件制订个体给药方案，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | It was reported that a juvenile renal transplant patients had a low cyclosporine whole blood concentration after normal administration.The pharmacokinetic parameters were: T1/2(Ke) = 3.15h, Tmax = 1.88h,Cmax=498.41ng·ml-1,AUC=3188.65(ng·ml-1)·h-1.Computer software was used to design the individual administration, that was 200mg, tid. Satisfactory effect was acquired. |
