| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法 对54例股骨转子间骨折采取动力髋螺钉内固定，并进行疗效评价。结果 全部病例得到随访，平均随访时间2．8年，骨折愈合率100％，关节功能优良率92．60(50／54)。结论 动力髋螺钉是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the use of the dynamic hip screws as the choice of implant for trochenteric fractures.Methods Fifty-four cases of trochenteric fractures were fixed with dynamic hip screws.Results All patients were followed-up for a period of mean 2.8 years.All fractures were healed completely,50/54 achieved excellent or good results on joint functions.Conclusion The use of dynamic hip screws is a ideal choice of implant for trochenteric fractures. |
