| 摘 要： | 探讨存放温度和存放时间对血清fPSA的影响,以确定较好的血清存放条件。采用化学发光免疫分析法检测35例患者血清fPSA含量,按存放室温3h、6h、24h与4℃6h、24h、-20℃7天分成6组。血清在室温存放6h、24h和室温3h相比,血清fPSA浓度有显著性差异(P<0.01);4℃存放6h、24h或-20℃存放7天,血清fPSA基本不变(P>0.05)。结果表明:fPSA浓度因血清存放时间和存放温度而变化较大,所以血清采集后,应尽快检测,以保证血清fPSA浓度真实。

| Abstract: | In order to silecter effect of different store temperature and store time on serum fPSA levels was investigated.For 35 patients,fPSA levels in serum stored in different conditions were measured by CLEIA.results showed that fPSA levels in serum stored at room temperature for 6h or 24h were significantly different(P<0.01) from those stored for 3h.So to assure real levels in serum,fPSA levels should be measured as soon as possible after blood was collected. |
