摘    要:实验研究表明,绞股蓝皂甙按每天10Omg/kg的剂量加入灌饲小鼠,可明显延长小鼠游泳至力竭的时间,且血乳酸积累呈下降趋势;可使力竭性运动小鼠心、肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量减少;肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,SOD/MDA比值相对增大,提示:绞股蓝具有提高运动能力,抗疲劳,抗心肾自由基损伤的作用。

Abstract:This is a report on an animal experiment for testing the reaction of mice to swimming in a flume with runing water while fed with gypenosides,a kind of south Chinese ergogenice aid.The result of the experiment showed,the mice fed with gypenosides once a day can prolong the swimming-to-exhausting time of the mice,but the blood lactate accumulation decreased.Gypenosides make malondialdehyde(MDA) quantity of heart,kidney of mice decreae significantly,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity index and SOD/MDA ratio relatively increase.It suggested that gypenosides help improving sport performance of mice,effect of antifatigued,anti-free redical damaged in heart and kidney.
