脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者食管球囊扩张术后护理效果分析

目的探讨脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者食管球囊扩张术后护理效果,总结护理经验。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年4月我院收治的脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者92例,住院期间均接受食管球囊扩张术治疗。术后采取常规护理46例为对照组,采取预见性护理46例为观察组。4周后,评估两组受试者吞咽功能、并发症及生活质量,并进行组间比较。结果92例患者均获得全程护理,观察组洼田饮水试验改善率为95.65%,优于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组吸入性肺炎、营养不良等并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对接受食管球囊扩张术治疗的脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者,预见性护理可获得较为满意的效果。

Analysis of Nursing Effect after Esophageal Balloon Dilatation in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Dysphagia

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia after esophageal balloon dilation,and to summarize nursing experience.Methods 92 patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia,who were admitted to our hospital and received esophageal balloon dilatation from February 2019 to April 2020,were analyzed retrospectively.46 cases of routine care were in the routine group,other 46 cases of predictive care in the predictive group.The swallowing function,complications and quality of life of the two groups were assessed and compared after 4 weeks.Results 92 patients all received full care.The improvement rate of the water swallow test in the prediction group was 95.65%,which was better than that of the routine group(78.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing can obtain satisfactory results for the patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia treated by esophageal balloon dilation.
