基于闭环管理的移动护理标本采集模块影响因素

目的调查移动护理信息系统标本采集模块使用的体验及其影响因素,提出优化策略,为下一步其他模块的开发提供借鉴。方法采用自制李克特5级问卷调查,通过问卷星平台发放问卷并回收,使用SPSS17.0进行数据分析及统计。结果486名护士参与调查,总体满意度为4.72±0.50分,“加强患者身份识别,提高患者安全”条目得分最高(4.84±0.43)分。能级、职称影响护士总体体验满意度(P<0.05),低能级护士体验优于高能级护士。网络信号、移动PAD及蓝牙质量、卫勤送检、PC端与移动端同步是影响体验的主要问题。使用模块后,某院2016年(25%)较2017年(18.75%)标本采集护理差错率下降,2019年(99.99%)较2016年(99.62%)标本采集合格率提高。结论基于闭环管理的移动护理标本采集模块体验好、满意度高,可降低标本采集差错率、提高标本采集合格率。习惯传统流程的高年资护士是使用标本采集模块差错发生的主要人群,需关注培训并督查。在确保护理安全前提下,优化流程、提高网速、改善硬件、加快送检、同步更新是下一步改善的方向。

Influencing Factors of Mobile Nursing System Specimen Collection Module Based on Closed-loop Management

Objective To investigate the experience of using sample collection module of mobile nursing information system and its influencing factors,providing reference for the development of other modules in the next step.Methods A self-made Likert level 5 questionnaire was used.Questionnaires were distributed and collected through the questionnaire platform.Data analysis and statistics were performed using SPSS 17.0.Results 486 nurses were participated in the survey.The overall score of satisfaction was 4.72±0.50.The item“Strengthening patient identification and improving patient safety”had the highest score(4.84±0.43).Working time and job title can affect the overall experience satisfaction of nurses(P<0.05),and the experience of new nurses was better than that of experienced nurses.Network signals,quality of PAD,specimen transport speed,synchronization between PC and mobile were the main issues that affected the experience.Before and after using the module,our hospital's nursing error rate of specimen collection decreased in 2016(25%)compared to 2017(18.75%),and the pass rate of specimen collection in 2019(99.99%)was higher than that in 2016(99.62%).Conclusion The mobile nursing specimen collection module based on closed-loop management has a good experience and high satisfaction,which can reduce the specimen collection error rate and increase the specimen collection qualification rate.Experienced nurses who are accustomed to the traditional process are the main group of errors that occur when using the specimen collection module.They need to pay attention to training and supervision.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of nursing,optimizing the process,accelerating the network,improving the hardware,speeding up the inspection and synchronizing the updates are the next improvement directions.
