ICTV医院文化模型在智能精准健康传播体系中的应用

以人民健康为中心,以医院文化的价值体系、实践体系、传播体系、制度体系四大体系为基础,创新ICTV医院文化模型(分为制度模块Institution Mode、传播模块Communication Mode、理论模块Theory Mode、视觉模块Vision Mode)。研究以ICTV文化模型为理论指导,打造智能精准健康传播体系这一医院文化工程,践行健康中国战略。为每个专科的患者提供专业、通俗的健康宣教视频,根据患者所在科室进行智能推送,在提升患者就医体验感、推动医患关系和谐化、健康传播制作流程化等方面都起到积极的作用,患者满意度上升至95%以上。

Application of Innovating the ICTV Hospital Culture Model in Intelligent and Precision System of Health Communication

Centered on people’s health and based on the value system, practice system, communication system and institution system of hospital culture, this study innovated the ICTV hospital culture model, which means Institution Mode, Communication Mode, Theory Mode and Vision Mode. Taking the ICTV culture model as the theoretical guidance, this study established the intelligent and precision system of health communication as the hospital’s culture project in practicing the healthy China strategy. Aimed at providing professional and common health education videos specifically for targeted patients in each specialty, the project played a positive role in improving patients’ experience, improving the relationship between doctors and patients, and optimizing the process of health communication. As a result, patients’ satisfaction increased to over 95%.
