| 摘 要： | 某三级康复医院自2018年开始,对HIS(Hospital Information System医院信息系统)进行彻底的更新改造,恰逢新《政府会计制度》自2019年1月1日起全国施行。利用这一契机,从业财融合需求出发,对系统中医疗收入管理功能进行深层次的分析和架构设计。新系统运行以来财务核算和医疗管理效率明显提高。

| Abstract: | A third-level rehabilitation hospital began to completely renovate the HIS(Hospital Information System)2018,with the new“Government Accounting System”to be implemented nationwide from January 1,2019.Taking advantage of this opportunity,we proceeded from the needs of business-finance integration to conduct a deep analysis and structure of the medical income management function in the system.Since the operation of the new system,the efficiency of financial accounting and medical management has improved significantly. |
