| 摘 要： | 介绍了某院临床路径管理的3个阶段,分析了基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)的临床路径系统应用中存在的复杂病种的变异率和退出率高、医护业务分离、路径优化评估复杂等问题,提出了路径多态化管理、定义诊疗包与合并路径、路径医嘱与护理表单联动、路径智能优化等对策,显著提升了路径完成率,提高了医护人员的工作效率。

| Abstract: | The three stages of clinical pathway management in some hospital were introduced,and the problems of high variation and withdrawal rates of complex diseases,separation of medical and nursing operations and complex evaluation of pathway optimization in the application of clinical pathway system based on hospital information system(HIS)were analyzed.Some countermeasures such as pathway polymorphism management,defining treatment packages and merging pathways,linking clinical pathway and nursing orders and intelligent optimization of pathways were proposed,which significantly improved the pathway completion rate and increased the efficiency of medical and nursing staffs. |
