摘    要:目的:研究制定标准化便携式呼吸机院前急救转运流程,提高呼吸机院前急救转运质量,减少不良事件的发生。方法:以2020年Transport型气动电控呼吸机使用为例,针对呼吸机院前急救转运患者的任务评估、转运前准备、途中救治及院际交接等环节,制定标准化呼吸机急救转运流程及操作要点,并与上年度(2019年)呼吸机院前急救转运成功率进行比较。结果:采用标准化呼吸机院前急救转运流程后,2020年呼吸机转运成功率由2019年的98.6%提升至99.5%,有效提高了呼吸机院前急救转运质量,降低了呼吸机转运风险。结论:标准化的呼吸机院前急救转运流程有利于医护人员及时发现转运途中存在的隐患,可有效减少呼吸机院前急救转运不良事件的发生。

Pre-hospital emergency transport process and operation key points of portable ventilator

Abstract:Objective:To develop standardized pre-hospital emergency transport procedures for portable ventilator,improve the medical quality of pre-hospital emergency transport of ventilator and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.Methods:Taking German Weinmann Transport pneumatically driven and electronically controlled ventilator using in 2020 as an example,developed a standardized ventilator emergency transfer process and operation points for task assessment,preparation before transfer,treatment on the way,and handover between hospitals,etc.of pre-hospital emergency transfer of patients with ventilator,and compared it with the success rate of ventilator pre-hospital emergency transfer in 2019.Results:After adopting the standardized ventilator pre-hospital emergency transfer process in 2020,the success rate of ventilator transfer increased from 98.6%in 2019 to 99.5%,which effectively improved the quality of ventilator pre-hospital emergency transfer and reduced the risk.Conclusion:The standardized pre-hospital emergency transfer process of the ventilator is conducive to the timely detection of hidden dangers in the transfer process and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the ventilator pre-hospital emergency transfer.
