静脉药物配置中心人力资源分组式细节化管理效果

目的探讨分组式细节化管理在PIVAS(静脉药物配置中心)实践的效果。方法总结医院2016年7月至2018年7月分组式细节化管理的具体实践方法。结果分组式细节化管理实践以来,医院PIVAS人力资源得到合理分配,医嘱错误率降低,节约调剂摆药时间,专业技术考核合格率提高,进一步提高工作效率。结论分组式细节化管理在PIVAS实践以来,责任到个人,增强每位员工的工作责任感,意识到团队合作的重要性,提高科室凝聚力,具有极其重要的意义,值得推广应用。

Group-based Detailed Management Optimizes the Allocation of Human Resources in PIVAS

Objective To explore the implementation effects of group-based detailed management in PIVAS.Methods The practices of group-based detailed management in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were summarized.Results Since the adoption of group-based detailed management,human resources in PIVAS of the hospital have been rationally allocated,the error rate of medical orders has been reduced,the time for dispensing medicine has been shortened,and the pass rate of professional technical assessment has been greatly improved,which has further improved work efficiency.Conclusion With the implementation of group-based detailed management,responsibilities are assigned to individuals,which enhances their sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit and improves the solidarity of the department.Thus,it deserved to be popularized because of its significant effects.
