科技创新驱动下研究型医院建设

研究型医院发展模式的研究与实践已经得到国内外医院管理者的广泛认可。在科技创新引领作为国家战略的形势下,科技创新能力已经成为衡量研究型医院发展水平的重要标准之一。随着国家科技创新步伐不断推进,如何建设研究型医院是必须思考的问题。文章结合首都医科大学宣武医院在管理机制方面探索创新的实践,从优化创新环境、科研团队建设、促进临床与科研融合及搭建转化平台等方面总结一些做法,为大型三甲综合性医院建设研究型医院提供参考。

Research Hospital Construction Driven by Science and Technology Innovation

The research and practice of the development model of research hospitals have been widely acknowledged by hospital managers at home and abroad.Under the situation of science and technology innovation leading as a national strategy,the ability of science and technology innovation has become one of the important standards to measure the development level of research hospitals.With the continuous advancement of national scientific and technological innovation,how to build a research hospital is a question that must be considered.Based on the practice of innovation in the management mechanism of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University,this paper summarizes some practices from the aspects of optimizing the innovation environment,building a scientific research team,promoting the integration of clinical and scientific research,and building a transformation platform,so as to provide reference for the construction of a research hospital in a large tertiary class A general hospital.
