上海市康复医院发展比较

目的了解上海市康复医院发展现状,分析存在差距,提供合理建议。方法采用普查对经营性质、核准床位、诊疗科目、服务方式、康复专科、发表论文情况开展调查研究与差距分析。结果上海现有14家康复医院核定床位2848张,主要服务方式是住院和门诊服务,康复专科开展前三位是神经康复、骨与关节康复和老年康复。2012—2018年共发表论文447篇,复合/综合影响因子总和为242.15和197.09。结论上海已构建起多元化康复办医格局,但仍存在总量不足、区域发展不平衡以及不同所有制康复医院差异较大的现象,要重点加强康复资源配置、康复学科发展和医教研建设。

Disparity Analysis of Rehabilitation Hospitals in Shanghai

Objective To explore the current situation of rehabilitation hospitals in Shanghai,analyze the existing disparities and put forward proper proposals for their development.Methods Census method was adopted to investigate the hospital ownership,the number of approved beds,diagnosis and treatment discipline,service mode,rehabilitation specialties and paper publication of rehabilitation hospitals in Shanghai.Results There are 14 rehabilitation hospitals in Shanghai,with a total of 2848 approved beds.The main service modes include inpatient service and outpatient service.The top three sub-specialties of rehabilitation are nerve rehabilitation,bone and joint rehabilitation and elderly rehabilitation.A total of 447 papers were published from 2012 to 2018,with the sum of compound/comprehensive impact factors at 242.15 and 197.09.Conclusion Shanghai has established a pattern of diversified rehabilitation hospitals.However,some problems still remain,such as insufficient total quantity,unbalanced regional development and great disparities among different ownerships.For further development,emphasis should be laid on the strengthened allocation of rehabilitation resources,the development of rehabilitation disciplines and the construction of medical teaching and research.
