Efficacy and Safety of Different Doses of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills in Angina Pectoris:A Meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the different doses of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills in the treatment of angina pectoris(AP)by meta-analysis.Methods:The Cochrane Library,EMbase,PubMed,Web of science,CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched using"Suxiao Jiuxin Pills"and"angina pectoris"as subject words to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Jadad Scale were used to evaluate the quality of the literature.RevMan5.3 was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 22 RCTs were included,with the main outcome indicators being the clinical efficacy of angina pectoris,ECG efficacy and adverse reactions.For clinical efficacy,the results of the different doses of 4~6 pills or 10~15 pills were[P=1.00,I²=0%,RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29)]and[P=0.24,I²=23%,RR=1.25,95%CI(1.18,1.33)].For ECG efficacy,the results of the different doses of 4~6 pills or 10~15 pills were[P=0.97,I²=0%,RR=1.26,95%CI(1.06,1.51)]and[P=0.14,I²=40%,RR=1.28,95%CI(1.16,1.42)].Suxiao Jiuxin Pills group and control group have comparable results in safety.Conclusion:Different doses of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills are safe for angina pectoris and could improve the clinical efficacy and ECG efficacy.Compared with the dose of 4~6,the dose of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills with 10~15 pills has more advantages in improving the clinical curative effect and ECG efficacy.The result of safe is unstable,and the evidence is not sufficient either.The quality of the existing studies included in the evaluation is relatively low,and more high-quality RCTs strictly designed are needed to provide more reliable evidence for clinicians.
