小程序支持下PDCA循环的科室物资精细化管理

目的探讨小程序支持下的PDCA循环在科室物资管理中的应用效果,为科室做好库房物资精细化管理提供支撑。方法选择2018年4—6月未使用小程序支持下PDCA循环的库存物资管理和2018年7—9月使用小程序支持下PDCA循环的库存物资管理作为研究对象,比较实施前后的账实一致率、物资积压过期和工作效率情况。结果使用小程序支持下的PDCA循环后,库房物资的账实一致率由89.3%提升到97.6%,工作效率提升28.5%,物资积压过期降低到0,效果显著。结论小程序支持下的PDCA循环管理,有效保障物资供应及时性,提升账实一致率,减少物资积压及损失,降低成本,提高工作效率与质量,有利于持续提升科室库房物资精细化管理水平。

Application of PDCA Cycle Supported by Mini Programs in the Refined Management of Department Materials

Objective To explore the application effects of PDCA cycle supported by mini programs in the management of department materials,so as to provide reference for the department's refined management of warehouse materials.Methods Inventory management of PDCA cycle without the use of mini programs from April to June,2018 and the inventory management of PDCA cycle with the use of mini programs from July to September,2018 were selected as research objects to compare the accounting and real value consistency rate,material overstocking and expiration,and work efficiency.Results After the adoption of PDCA cycle supported by mini programs,the accounting and real value consistency rate of warehouse materials increased from 89.3%to 97.6%,the working efficiency rate increased by 28.5%,and the overstocking rate of materials decreased to 0%,revealing remarkable effects.Conclusion PDCA cycle management supported by mini programs can effectively guarantee the timeliness of material supply,improve the accounting and real value consistency rate,reduce material overstocking and loss,lower costs,and improve work efficiency and quality,which is conducive to the continuous improvement of refined material management in the department warehouses.
