不全外剥内扎加芍倍注射液治疗环状混合痔

目的：探讨应用不全外剥内扎加注射芍倍注射液治疗环状混合痔的临床效果.方法：较大痔采用不全外剥内扎,较小外痔切除或剥离,其余内痔及直肠下端松弛黏膜注射芍倍注射液.结果：312例治愈301例,占96.47%;显效11例,占3.53%.全部有效,疗程12d～20d,平均16.5d.术后半年随访,有随访结果95例,3例偶有肛门潮湿,无复发及后遗症.结论：不全外剥内扎配合注射治疗环状混合痔治愈率高,可有效保留皮桥、保护肛垫,避免术后不良反应.

Clinical study of incomplete external dissection & internal ligation plus shaobei injection in the treament of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

Objective:To examine the clinical outcomes of patients with incomplete external dissection & internal ligation plus injection in the treament of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:In the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,incomplete external dissection plus internal ligation was used for the severe segments.The smaller part of external hemorrhoids were cut off.The internal hemorrhoids and the rectum mucosa were injected with shaobei injection.Results:Three hundred and one cases were cured in 312 patients(96.47%),11 cases(3.53%)improved markedly.The total efficacy was 100%.The treatment course was 12-20 days,16.5 days in average.Follow-up of 95 cases in half a year,no recurrence or sequelae.Conclusion:Incomplete external dissection&internal ligation plus injection cured circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with a high cured rate and without complication,meanwhile cutaneous bridge was reserved and the anal cushions was protected from injury.
