创伤性大面积脑梗死的早期诊断与治疗

目的探讨创伤性大面积脑梗死的发病机制、临床特点及早期诊断与治疗方法。方法总结该院15例创伤性大面积脑梗死的临床资料，分析治疗经过。结果创伤性大面积脑梗死的发病机制与血液流变学变化、血管内皮损伤、血管的解剖学特点及自由基引起的生物反应等因素有关。结论对于颅脑外伤病人。应严密观察，及时复查CT，对本病力求早期发现，早期治疗，以提高抢救成功率。

Clinical investigation of brain infarction due to head injury

[Objective] To study clinical character, mechanism and therapeutic methods of brain intaretion due to head injury. [Methods] Clinical data and process of therapy for 15 patients were summarized. [Results] The mechanism of brain infarction was associated with the change of hemodynamic, the injury of endangium, the character of vascular anatomical form and biological reaction caused by freeradical. [Conclusion] Careful observation and subsequent CT scan should be performed in head injury patients. To enhance the survive rate, diagnosis and therapy brain infarction due to head injury timely are the key.
