| 摘 要： | 目的探讨核素心室造影功能显像对老年冠心病的临床诊断意义。方法用门电路控制平衡法核素心室造影观察４７例冠心病（ＣＡＤ）患者的相位图、振幅图和高峰充盈率（ＰＦＲ）图，并与３２例对照组进行对比分析。结果４７例ＣＡＤ患者以ＰＦＲ图对缺血性心脏病检出灵敏度最高，其次为振幅图。结论ＰＦＲ图可直观显示左心室各局部舒张早期ＰＦＲ的变化，灵敏度高，与相位分析联合应用可提高对缺血性心脏病检出的灵敏度，同时确定缺血部位，估计缺血程度

| Abstract: | Equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography was performed to observe PFR scan, amplitude and phase scan in 30 cases of CAD aged patients with Non MI, 17 cases with OMI, and compared with the control group of 32 cases. These results suggested that PFR scan directly display regional peak filling rate during diastole. The sensitivity of PFR scan for detecting CAD was higher than that of phase scan and amplitude scan. The high sensitivity could be obtained for detecting CAD by a combination of PFR scan, amplitude and phase scan.The ischemia range and the extent of myocardial damage can be identified. |
