摘    要:目的:研究Nogo-66受体(NgR)在成年大鼠脊髓白质的分布情况.方法:选用正常雄性SD大鼠脊髓切片,进行免疫组织化学、免疫荧光双标和包埋前免疫电镜染色,观察NgR免疫阳性物质在脊髓白质的定位情况.结果:在光镜水平可观察到NgR阳性的点状结构主要分布在脊髓白质胶质细胞胞体周边和突起上,且与细胞膜关系密切;在电镜水平可观察到NgR阳性的胶体金颗粒分布在星形胶质细胞之间,寡突胶质细胞之间以及星形胶质细胞和寡突胶质细胞之间的缝隙连接上.结论:本研究提供了NgR在正常成年大鼠脊髓白质胶质细胞分布并且在缝隙连接定位的形态学证据,提示NgR可能在胶质细胞间的通讯中发挥一定的调节功能。

Distribution of Nogo-66 receptor in glial cells of white matter in adult rat spinal cord
Abstract:AIM: To study the distribution of Nogo 66 receptor (NgR) protein in the white matter of the adult rat spinal cord. METHODS: Adult male Sprague Dawley rats were sacrificed to get the spinal cord. Immunohistochemical studies with light microscopy, confocal microscopy and electron microscopy were conducted to examine the distribution of NgR protein in the white matter of the adult rat spinal cord. RESULTS: At light microscopic level, NgR immuno positive fine spots could be identified, mainly at the periphery of the glial cell body and along their processes and seemingly in close relationship to the cell membrane. Ultrastructurally, the NgR immuno positive gold particles were localized at the gap junctions between astrocytes, between oligodendrocytes, or between astrocyte and oligodendrocyte. CONCLUSION: The present work provides morphological evidence for the presence of NgR in glial cells of adult rat spinal cord and its localization at the gap junctions, which indicates its possible modulatory function in glial intercellular communication.
