经皮穿刺心包腔置管引流治疗恶性心包积液

目的：探讨和评价经皮心包腔置管引流治疗恶性心包积液的效果。方法：对13例恶性心包积液患者采用单腔中心静脉导管经皮置入心包腔，持续引流心包积液，待充分引流后注入胞必佳进行治疗。结果：4例完全缓解，7例部分缓解，2例无效，总有效率84．6％，无明显不良反应。结论：中心静脉导管置入法持续引流恶性心包积液后注入胞必佳的方法损伤小，疗效好，可明显地延长病人的生存期，改善生活质量，该方法简单、方便、安全，无明显并发症发生．值得在临床上推广应用。

Drainage and treatment of malignant hydropericardium by puncturing pericardum and inserting certral venous catheter into pericardial cavity

Objective: To study the effectiveness of inserting certral venous catheter into pericardial cavity for the drainage and treatment of malignant hydropericardium. Methods: A central venous catherter was kept into pericardial cavity by pericardial puncture for continuous drainage,then N CWS was administered. Results: Among thirteen partients,complete response was seen in 4 cases,and partial response in 7, no change in 2. Little side effects appeared. Conclusions: This method is convenient, effective, safe for the treatment of malignant hydropericardium and without apparent complication.
