精神药物的严重并发症——急性肠麻痹18例报告

目的:了解精神科住院病人在服用抗精神病药物过程中出现急性肠麻痹特点,以便及早采取措施,避免突然死亡. 方法:将我院 1985～2002年住院病人中因服用精神药物所致 18例急性肠麻痹作临床分析. 结果:17年间我院 急性肠麻痹病人 18例(5例死亡)全部为几种不同抗精神病药物合并应用或合并抗震颤麻痹症药物所引起.结论:治疗过程中密切观察患者便秘、腹胀等早期症状,一旦出现梗阻症状应作急症处理.

Serious complication caused by psychotropic drug --the report of 18 cases of acute paralysis of intestine

Objective To investigate the characteristic o f acute paralysis of intestine in psy chotic inpatients who were taking psychotropic drug .Then we can take measures to prevent sudden death.Methods The 18patients with acute paralysis of intestine resulted frompsychotropic drug were clini cally analyzed ,who were in hospital from1985to2002.Results We have found 18cases of this kind of patients(5patients had died)in 17years .All of them resulted from taking several different psych otropic drugs or taking a kind of psyc hotropic drug and antiparkinsonian drug .Conclusions In course of treatment ,we should carefully observe the early symptoms su ch as constipation,abdominal distention and so on .As soon as obstr ucted symptoms were found,we should deal with it as an emergency .
