南昌市民办高校大学生艾滋病相关知识与态度现状调查分析

目的了解南昌市民办高校大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况及对艾滋病的态度和行为,为探索艾滋病干预模式及相关政策措施的制定提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样,从南昌市8所民办高校中随机抽取3所学校的学生1077人进行问卷调查。结果民办高校大学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率为35.5%～96.9%,总体知晓率为70.6%;对艾滋病持积极态度的比例为15.5%～57.7%。14.0%的学生承认有异性性行为,1.5%的学生承认有同性性行为;最近一次与异性性行为安全套使用率为38.4%,最近3个月经常使用安全套者仅为25.8%。结论民办高校大学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率不高,且知识掌握不够全面,持积极态度的比例不高,性行为发生率相对较高,安全套使用率较低。亟需进一步提高民办高校大学生对艾滋病的认知水平,尤其是对非传播途径知识、相关政策,帮助树立积极的态度,形成良好行为。高校学生性行为活跃,可塑性较大,社会、学校应加以关注,积极引导,这对控制艾滋病的蔓延具有重要意义。

An Investigation into AIDS-related Knowledge and Attitude Among Private College Students in Nanchang City

Objective To investigate the awareness level of AIDS-related knowledge as well as the attitude and behavior towards AIDS among private college students in Nanchang city, this paper is intended to provide a basis for the development of ADIS intervention pattern and relevant policies. Methods 1 077 students from three schools, which were randomly selected with cluster random sampling among all eight private colleges in Nanchang, were investigated. Results The awareness rate of ADIS-related knowledge ranged from 35.5 % to 96.9 %, with the overall awareness about 70. 6% . There were 15.5% to 57. 7% students who held a positive attitude towards AIDS. 14.0% of the students admitted having had heterosexual sex,while 1.5% admitted homosexual sex. The rate of using condom in the latest heterosexual sex was 38.4% ,and the rate of using condom regularly in the latest 3 months was merely 25.8%. Conclusion Among the students in these schools,there was a high sex incidence and low rate of using condom, and only a small part of the students took a positive attitude towards AIDS. The awareness level of AIDS-related knowledge was not high, and the knowledge was not grasped sufficient necessary to promote the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge,especia ly if anything. It is highly non-transmission ways and relevant policies,among private college students,so as to help develop a positive attitude and healthy behavior towards AIDS/STDs,which thus in turn helps to curb the spread of AIDS.
