复方丹参滴丸治疗高血压性脑出血的研究

目的　评价复方丹参滴丸 (DSP)治疗高血压性脑出血 (HICH)的疗效及安全性。方法　B组 15 0例采用常规疗法 ,A组 149例在B组治疗基础上加用DSP每 6h舌下含服 10粒。结果　入院第 3天CT复查脑血肿体积及脑血肿加水肿带体积 ,A组均小于B组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而第 14,2 8天两组上述指标比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。入院后第 14,2 8天和 3个月后评定CSS和ADL ,BI分值 ,A组均好于B组 ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。随着时间延长两组脑心综合征发生率均呈下降趋势 ,但A组较B组下降幅度大 ,有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论　DSP可阻止HICH患者早期脑血肿扩大 ,加快脑血肿吸收 ,改善脑血流量 ,减轻脑水肿 ,降低致残率 ,提高其生活质量 ,同时DSP又可防治脑心综合征 ,且安全性高

Study of compound Danshen dripping pill on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective It is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Danshen dripping pill (DSP) on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods 150 patients with HICH were treated with routine therapeutics in group B which is as control group. The others 149 patients were treated with DSP 10 pill, per os per six hours based on the treatment of group B. Results Both the volume of hematoma and edema and the volume of hematoma in group A were smaller than those in group B through reexamining CT on the third day, and there were significant difference (P<0.05). There were very significant difference between the above indexes of the two groups on 14th and 28th day (P<0.01). Chinese stroke scale, ADL and modified Barthol index in group A were better than those in group B on 14th day, 28th day and three months after, and there were very significant difference (P<0.01). With extending of time, the incidence of cerebral-heart syndrome in both groups decreased, but the downward tendency in group A was more than that in group B and there was statistics difference(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion DSP can resist extending of cerebral hematoma in early phase, accelerate the absorb of cerebral hematoma, improve the blood-flow of cerebral, relieve edema, decrease disabled incidence, increase patient's life quality and prevent and treat the cerebral-heart syndrome. Furthermore, it is safe on HICH patients.
