| 摘 要： | 报道诊断为橄榄体桥脑小脑萎缩16例(OPCA),男10例,女6例,平均年龄52.5岁.结合临床表现及头部CT和核磁共振(MRI)影像特征进行比较和分析.结果16例CT扫描异常者9例(56.2%),无异常者7例(43.7%),但7例CT扫描无异常者经MRI检查均发现有异常改变.结果表明MRI对不典型及CT扫描正常的OPCA的诊断更有帮助.

| Abstract: | 16 cases of olivopontocerebeller atrophy (OPCA) were studied, 10 being male and 6 female with an average age of 52. 5. A comparison and analysis were made between the clinical features and the picture manifestations of CT scan and MRI. 9 cases of the 16 patients showed abnormalities (56.2%) and 7 were normal (43. 7%) in CT scan. But the 7 patients who were normal in CT scan had abnormal changes in MRI examination. The results indicate that MRI is more helpful to the diagnosis of patients with OPCA who have atypical clinical features and are normal in CT scan. |
