两种封管液对老年患者静脉留置针留置效果的影响

目的：比较两种封管液对老年病人静脉留置针留置效果的影响。方法：将100例应用静脉留置针输液的老年病人随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组用0.9%生理盐水作封管液,对照组用肝素钠盐水（含肝素钠10U/mL）作封管液。结果：观察组与对照组的静脉炎发生率、留置管的阻塞率、静脉留置针留置时间比较,均P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论：生理盐水能维持细胞外液容量及渗透压,符合生理要求,可代替肝素盐水封管。

The Effect of two Injection Liquids on Sealing Venous Frochars in Senile Patients

Objective：To explore the effects of the two injection liquids used to seal venous trochars in senile patients.Method： 100 cases of senile patients were randomly divided into the observation group（50 cases） and the control group（50 cases）.For the observation group,0.9% sodium chloride injection was adopted to seal the trochars,while for the control group,sodium chloride injection containing heparin sodium（heparin sodium 10 U/mL） was adopted.The sealing effects of these two kinds of injections were compared.Result： There were no statistical differences between the two groups in the rate of phlebitis,the rate of blockage and retaining duration of the trochars（P0.05）.Conclusion： 0.9% sodium chloride injection may preserve extracellular fluid volume and osmotic pressure.Therefor,0.9% sodium chloride injection can replace soduim chloride injection containing heparin sodium（heparin sodium 10 U/mL）to seal venous trochars for senile patients.
