脑干听觉诱发电位在儿科的临床应用分析

目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（brainstem auditory evoked potential，BAEP）在儿科临床应用的价值。方法对508例BAEP的检测结果和患儿的临床资料做回顾性分析，分别比较不同疾病BAEP的异常率，异常程度和异常类型分布。结果508例患儿BAEP异常241例（47．4％），其中听力障碍、智力低下、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、脑性瘫痪、脑炎和新生儿高胆红素血症的BAEP异常率分别为82．9％，54．4％，46．3％，44．9％，35．7％和32．9％；听力障碍组患儿的BAEP异常率明显高于其余各组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。听力障碍组患儿BAEP重度异常比率为75．9％，明显高于其余各组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；听力障碍组患儿周围性听路损害比率为81．0％，明显高于其余各组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论BAEP是早期诊断小儿听力障碍，判断听力异常损害程度和病变部位的有效方法；BAEP还可用于检测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、脑性瘫痪、脑炎和新生儿高胆红素血症等疾病是否合并脑干听觉传导通路的损害，帮助评估这类疾病的脑功能改变。

Analysis of brainsterm auditory evoked potential in pediatric clinical application

Objective To explore the value of brainsterm auditory evoked potential（BAEP） in pediatric clinical application. Methods The data of BAEP in508 cases and their clinical were analyzed retrospective.Results The incidence of abnormal BAEP was 47.4% （241/508）.These diseases induced abnormal BAEP included hearing handicap,mental retardation, hypoxic-isehemie encephalopathy,cerebral paralysis,encephatitis and hyperbilinemia of newborn,with abnormal BAEP rate was respectively 82.9% ,54.4% ,46.3% ,44.9% ,35.7% and 32.9%.The abnormal BAEP rate in heating handicap has significantly higher in comparison with other diseases respectively （P〈0.05）. The rate of severe abnormal BAEP in hearing handicap has significantly higher in comparison with other diseases respectively （P〈0.05）;The rate of peripheral hearing impairment in hearing handicap has significantly higher in comparison with other diseases respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusions BAEP method is useful in early diagnosis children＇s heating handicap ,it also valuable in screening the types and extents of hearing impairmeng. BAEP detection is valuable in evaluating the dysfunction of central nervous system.
