| 摘 要： | 肝癌的治疗方案是以手术治疗为主的综合治疗,肝切除术仍是最有效的治疗方式.肝癌侵犯胆管时,肝切除术后胆管重建是难点.本文回顾性分析1例肝中叶肝癌侵犯左、右肝管患者的临床资料和治疗过程,旨在探讨该类疾病的手术治疗.
