| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重度尿道下裂治疗方法及并发症的预防。方法采用带蒂阴囊皮管向上翻转或阴囊中隔原位皮管联合带蒂阴囊皮管向上翻转作新尿道。结果27例患者中25例获得成功，手术后出现尿漏1例，尿道狭窄1例，并发症发生率为7．4％。结论对于重度尿道下裂可采用带蒂阴囊皮管成形尿道。该手术效果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the surgical approach to treat hypospadias with long urethra deficiency and the prevention of post - operative complication. Methods Twenty- seven cases with hypospadias were treated by scrotal skin tube. Results One case had suffered from fistula, another case had suffered from stricture. The incidence of complication was 7.4%. The rate of success was 92.6% (25/27). Conclusions The hypospadias with long urethra deficiency could be repaired with scrotal skin tube. This surgical method is reliable. |
