高频超声在胸肌淋巴结检测中的应用价值

目的：评价高频超声在探测胸肌淋巴结中的应用价值。材料和方法：行腋窝淋巴结清扫的乳腺癌患者56例，另有乳腺良性病变患者22例，正常者24例作为对照组。使用仪器为ATL－3000型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪。运用高频超声探测胸肌淋巴结体表定位，并与术后病理标本中找到的胸肌淋巴结对照。结果：超声对胸肌淋巴结的检出率，乳腺癌患者92．9％（52／56），乳腺良性病变患者86．4％（19／22），正常组91．7％（22／24），三组间无显著性差异。结论：运用高频超声探测胸肌淋巴结，是一个简便、可行的方法。

Value of High-Frequncy Ultrasound in Detecting Pectoral Lymphatic Nodes

Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound in detecting pectoral lymphatic nodes.Materials and methods:Fifty-six patients with breast cancer underwent standard axillary dissection since June 2000 to September 2001.24 normal women and 22 patients with benign breast diseases were studied as comparison.The instrument is a HDI-3000 equipped 5-12MHz high-frequency probe.All pectoral lymph nodes were located by ultrasound on body surface and studied as pathological specimens after operation.Results:Ultrasound detected pectoral lymph nodes in 92.9%(52/56),86.4%(19/22),and 91.7%(22/24).Of the cases with breast cancer,benign breast diseases and normal women respectively.There was no significant difference among these three groups.Conclusion:Ultrasound is a convenient and feasible method in detecting pectoral lymph nodes.
