| 摘 要： | 目的测定复方樟脑薄荷脑搽剂的樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚含量。方法DB-624弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温法。结果采用气相色谱（Gc）法，3组分的分离度和线性关系良好，樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚质量浓度线性范围分别为392．4～3924．0μg／mL，193．9～1939．0μg／mL，202．0～2020．0μg／mL，平均回收率分别为99．6％（RSD=0．6％），99．9％（RSD=0．9％），99．7％（RSD=0．8％）。结论方法准确、灵敏，可用于复方樟脑薄荷脑搽剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of camphor, menthol and phenol in Compound Camphor and Menthol Liniment, Methods The determination was carried out on a DB-624 capillary column with sequential increase of temperature programming, Results The linear ranges of camphor, menthol, and phenol were 392.4 - 3 924. 0 μg/mL, 193.9 - 1 939.0 μg/mL,202.0 - 2 020, 0 μg/mL, respectively. The average recovery rates were 99, 6% （ RSD = 0, 6% ）, 99, 9% （ RSD = 0, 9% ）, 99, 7% （ RSD = 0. 8% ）, Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, It can be used for the quality control of Compound Camnthor and Menthol Liniment. |
