家兔延髓腹侧表面加压区对肾交感神经电活动的影响

摘    要:21只家兔,乌拉坦麻醉后,电刺激延髓腹侧表面加压区,均表现肾交感神经电活动和动脉血压的兴奋性反应,谷氨酸(L-Glutamate)局部作用的反应与电刺激一致,红藻氨酸(Kainic acid)做局部功能损毁时,先期表现与电刺激近似的兴奋性反应,后期肾交感神经电活动减弱,动脉压下降至脊髓动物水平。提示家兔延髓腹侧表面加压区的神经元结构是心血管交感紧张性活动的重要中枢来源。

Abstract:Experiments were performed on 21 rabbits under urethane anaesthesia.The pressor area of ventral surface of medulla oblongata (VSMp,laterally 2.0-2.5mni to the midline and caudally 3.5-4,0mm to the foramen caecum)was stimulated eletrically,and the renal sympathetic nerves activity (RSNA) was recorded.Following a long latency(76l,50 + 21.30ms)after stimulation, RSNA showed an enhancement pattern and arterial pressure rose significantly. The effect of L-Glutamate and by using Kainic acid at early stage were similar to that of electrical stimulation.But RSNA weakened greatly at later stage of KA.The results obtained indicate that the neuronmechanism of VSMp is an essential central originof sympathetic tone of cardiovascular system.
