左卡尼汀治疗缺血性心肌病心衰的疗效观察

目的评价左卡尼汀对缺血性心肌病心衰的治疗效果。方法选择缺血性心肌病心衰患者60例随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组使用常规治疗方法,卡尼汀组加用左卡尼汀,治疗10天后比较NYHA心功能分级、心脏指数、左室射血分数、左室舒张末径及E/A改善情况。结果1)两组治疗后均有效,心功能显著改善。2)卡尼汀组的总有效率明显优于对照组(86.6%vs66.6%)(P<0.05),心功能改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论缺血性心肌病心衰患者短期适量补充外源性左卡尼汀有益于改善心功能。

Effects of Levocanitine on Heart Failure of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of levocanitine on heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy..Methsods:60 heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients were divided in to two groups randomly,each consisting of 30 patients In the control group (n=30),patients were treated with conventionally used drugs and levocanitine.NYHA cardiac function grade,cardiac index,ejection fraction and E/A Left ventricular diastolic end diameter(LVDED) were compared 10 days later.Results 1)Both treatments were effective for heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy,and cardiac function was improved.2)Effective rate of the levocanitine group,whose cardiac function was improved significantly(86.6% vs 66.6%)(P<0.05),was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Appropriate endogenous levocanitine is beneficial to improvement of the cardiac function of heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.
