血清瘦素和脂联素在动脉粥样硬化中的作用

Role of Serum Leptin and Adiponectin in Atherosclerosis

Serum leptin and adiponectin were adipose tissue secretion,fat cell factor of endocrine hormones characteristics,both were involved in artery atherosclerotic disease.Data confirmed that leptin can promote the role of atherosclerosis,and adiponectin can oppose atherosclerosis.This suggested that the difference between the two roles may affect the incidence of atherosclerosis development.The study of adiponectin and leptin will explore the atherosclerotic disease pathogenesis and provide new ideas to treatment program.
