摘    要:目的:本次调查的目的在于了解预约挂号是否降低患者的等候时间;方法:本次调查用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取5个科室的826名门诊患者,统计其候诊时间;还用分层抽样的方法在药房各窗口调查了99位患者的心理候诊时间和期望候诊时间。结果:预约挂号者的侯诊中位数是34分钟,非预约挂号者是47分钟,其差别具有统计学意义。两者的心理候诊时间无差异,但期望候诊时间有差异。结论:预约挂号是缩短候诊时间最有效的方法之一,正确地宣传预约挂号也很重要。

Abstract:Objective:To find out that if the appointed registration shortened the waiting time of patient.Methods:A random sampling survey that included 826 outpatients of five departments was carried out to calculate the waiting time.Another random questionnaire survey that included 99 outpatients of pharmacy was carried out to count the psychological and expected waiting time.Results:The median of waiting time of patients with appointment was 34 minutes,47 minutes without appointment,and the differences had statistical significance.The psychological waiting times of two kinds of patients had no differences,but the expected waiting time of them had differences.Conclusion:Appointed registration is an effective way to reducing waiting time.
