双波长等吸收法测定酒中铅含量

摘    要:双波长等吸收法测定酒中铅是在双硫腙混色法测定铅的基础上设计的。本法与其它测定铅方法比较,结果显示:该法简便易行所用仪器简单与混色法相同,准确度、精密度(CV=4.4%)都较理想,平均回收率达98.64%。

Abstract:The micro-amount of lead can be determined by dual Wave Length-equal absorbance Spectrophotoinetry.This method can eliminate the interference caused by excess reagent Dithizone and any error caused by the reagent colour.This method is very sensitive, stable reproducibile and highly selective. It is simple and rapid.Results obtaind by this method well agree with those obtained by atoinic absorption spectrophotometry .
