眶颧复合骨折的综合手术整复

摘    要:目的:评价眶颧复合骨折综合手术整复治疗的效果。方法:对眶颧复合骨折的患者施行早期骨折复位、钛钉钛板坚强内固定手术,部分眶容积增大的患者手术同期或术后2期行Medpor垫片眶内充填术矫正眼球凹陷。结果:25例眶颧复合骨折的患者接受了综合手术整复,均取得良好效果。结论:眶颧复合骨折伤后早期手术可以使眶颧骨折解剖学复位,眼球内陷患者通过Medpor垫片充填骨折区可减小眶容积,有效地矫正眼球凹陷。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the serial surgical reconstruction in orbitozygomatic compound fracture. Methods We perform the earlier period reposition and rigid internal fixation operation using titan plate when the patients suffered orbitozygomatic compound fracture. As some patients with enophthalmos, the fractured orbital walls were repaired precisely and enophthalmos was corrected with Medpor implant implanting. Results 25 patients suffered orbitozygomatic compound fracture received the serial surgical reconstruction. All cases gained satisfied effect,and no complications happened,such as endophthalmos, double vision and ocular dyskinesia. Conclusions The serial operation in orbitozygomatic fracture can get perfect surgical reposition, and Medpor material can reducing the orbital volume. No complications happened after operation.
