胰岛素对隔-海马通路损伤后斜角带核神经元树突棘的影响

摘    要:采用2月龄SD大白鼠25只,建立隔-海马通路损伤模型,用药组给予胰岛素脑室内注射每三天一次(0.6u/次),损伤对照组给予同时间等量生理盐水脑室内注射,分期存活2周和4周.采用Golgi-Cox改良技术染色,用Camera Lucida描绘出200个(40/组)斜角带核神经元全貌.观测结果显示:损伤后对照组神经元树突棘数(N/40μm)、主干树突数明显丢失(P<0.01);而损伤用药组树突棘数和主干树突数均大于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05).提示胰岛素能促隔-海马通路损伤后斜角带核神经元树突棘和树突的增生.

Abstract:Twenty five rats (two months old) were for the fimbria/fornix transection model, were into one normal, two controls and two groups for insulin (0. 6u) introventricular infusion for every 3 days. They were allowed survival two and four weeks respectively. And Golgi -Cox stain technology and oomeral lucida were used for studing neuron dendritic structure. The results showed that.After fimbia/fornix transection, the dendritic spine density (N/40fim) and the number main stem of dendrite werw reduced. In insulin group, both of them werw significantly increased (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05) compared to injury group. The it is demonstrated that nisulin could promote the proliferation of dendrites in Diagonal Band after the sprine and main stem of neuronal the fimbria -fornix transection.
