中药肾康袋敷脐治疗慢性肾衰竭50例临床研究

目的:探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者治疗的新途径,观察肾康袋敷脐对CRF患者的治疗效果.方法:将符合诊断标准的CRF患者100例,随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各50例.两组患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组患者外加中药肾康袋外敷脐部治疗3个月.结果:治疗组治疗前后Scr、BUN、Alb、Hb比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01或0.05),治疗后与对照组比较亦均有统计学差异(P＜0.05);神疲乏力、腰膝酸软、纳差腹胀、畏寒肢冷、恶心呕吐等症状治疗组治疗前后比较均有统计学差异(P＜0.01),治疗后与对照组比较亦有统计学差异(P<0.05 或0.01).结论:中药肾康袋敷脐治疗CRF可改善部分CRF患者的临床症状;改善食欲,纠正贫血和营养不良;促进肠道排毒,保护残余的肾功能.

Clinical Study on Umbilical Application of Shenkang Sack in Treating 50 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenkang sack on chronic renal failure(CRF) and explore new methods of CRF treatment.Methods:100 cases of CRF were randomly divided into treatment group and control,with 50 cases in each group.treatment group were administered with Shenkang sack applied in umbilical region combined with conventional therapy,and control group with conventional therapy for 3 months.Results:Serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(Alb) and hemoglobin(Hb) showed significant difference after treating for three months compared with those before treatment in treatment group(P<0.05 or 0.01).There were significant differences in Scr,BUN,Alb and Hb between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Shenkang sack treatment markedly ameliorated symptoms such as mental weariness,fatigue,soreness of the waist and knee,anorexia and abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting(P<0.01).There is significant difference in these symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:Applying Shenkang sack in umbilical region in patients with CRF can improve appetite,retrieve anemia and cacotrophy,promote elimination of toxicant,and preserve remnant renal function.
