| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清白细胞介素 6(IL-6)和冠状动脉综合征 (CAS)之间的关系。方法 测定和比较不同类型 CAS患者和正常健康人的 IL-6水平。结果 CAS组的 IL-6水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;其中心肌梗塞(AMI)组、不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)组 IL-6水平均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;但稳定型心绞痛 (SAP)组和对照组之间 IL-6水平相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 CAS的发生与免疫系统的炎症反应有关 ,IL-6水平的增高与 CAS的发生显著相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 6(IL-6) in coronary artery syndrome(CAS).Methods The IL-6 levels of Patients with different types of CAS and normal subjects were measured and compared.Results The IL-6 levels of CAS group,AMI group and UAP group were all significantly higer than that of control(P<0.01). But there was no significant difference between the IL-6 level of SAP group and control(p>0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of CAS is concerned with inflammatory reaction of immune system,mediated by IL-6. |
