94例冠状动脉造影投照技术的分析

本文就我院1986年12月至1988年1月所作的94例(103次)选择性冠状动脉造影的电影摄影投照技术作一分析,以期提高冠状动脉造影的技术水平。本组左冠状动脉常规位置投照总次数为304次,右冠状动脉为172次,右前斜位同左前斜位投照次数接近,正位较侧位略多。特殊足头斜位和头足斜位,左冠状动脉投照次数为54次,右冠状动脉为22次。无论常规斜位或轴向斜位均以45°居多,矢状角度则以20°～30°为多。本组病例明确诊断者高达98.6％。我们认为只要投照角度适当,投照位置不必过多,即可得到良好的造影效果,提供可靠的诊断依据。

Selective Coronary Arteriography: Analysis of 94 Cases with Emphasis lts Technical Problem

94 cases(103 examinations) of selective coronary arteriography fromDec 1986 to Jan 1988 was analysed. The technic in projection was described in detail. In this series, total conventional projection in LCA was 304, whereas the RCA was 172. The frequency of RAO projection was almost the same as LAO, the number of AP projection was slightly higher than that of lateral. Special position (craniocaudal oblique and caudocranial oblique projection) LCA 54, and RCA 22. Most of the conventional oblique position and special axial oblique position were 45 degree. The axial angulation was usually 20-30 degree. 98.6% of coronary arteries were clearly visualised in our series. Appropriate projection angle is necessary to gain satisfactory image. Too much projections were considered inessential. An excellent imaging obtained may provide a reliable diagnosis of the coronary disease.
