| 摘 要： | 在当前医疗制度变革时期，医生面临着角色；中突。这种冲突源于患者、医院、政府和医药供应商对医生角色的期待之间的差异。医生的角色冲突给从业者带来的直接后果是力不从心，左右为难，进而限制了积极性和创造性的发挥：要减轻医生角色冲突，需要从个体和社会两方面进行角色调适和冲突处理。

| Abstract: | The doctors are faced with roles conflict in the period of health care system reform.The conflict comes from the different expectations among patients,hospitals,government and medicine merchants.The conflict of doctors' roles will bring them into a quandary,and thus prevent their professional development.In order to reduce the conflict of doctors' roles,we need to adjust the conflicts on both individual and social level. |
