糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的效果

目的分析糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病(支气管哮喘)的效果。方法80例支气管哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿肺功能指标吸呼比(Ti/Te)、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]、症状消失时间、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患儿Ti/Te为(0.82±0.22)、VPEF/VE为(30.58±2.47)%、FEV1/FVC为(81.22±3.82)%,均优于对照组的(0.63±0.27)、(27.24±2.66)%、(73.51±3.74)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难消失时间(1.82±0.38)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.69±1.27)d、喘息消失时间(2.38±0.82)d均短于对照组的(3.12±0.65)、(6.24±1.46)、(3.87±0.64)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素雾化吸入用于儿科呼吸系统疾病的治疗效果理想,能够显著改善患儿肺功能及呼吸困难等症状,建议推广。

Effect of nebulized inhalation of glucocorticoid on pediatric respiratory diseases

Objective To analyze the effect of nebulized inhalation of glucocorticoid in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases(bronchial asthma).Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with nebulized inhalation of glucocorticoid based on the control group.The pulmonary function indicatorsinspiratoryexpiratory ratio(Ti/Te),peak volume ratio(VPEF/VE),forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],symptom disappearance time,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The Ti/Te(0.82±0.22),VPEF/VE(30.58±2.47)%and FEV1/FVC(81.22±3.82)%of the observation group were all better than(0.63±0.27),(27.24±2.66)%and(73.51±3.74)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dyspnea disappearance time(1.82±0.38)d,cough disappearance time(4.69±1.27)d,and wheezing disappearance time(2.38±0.82)d of the observation group were shorter than(3.12±0.65)and(6.24±1.46),(3.87±0.64)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nebulized inhalation of glucocorticoid has ideal effect on pediatric respiratory diseases,which can significantly improve the symptoms of lung function and dyspnea in children,it is recommended to be promoted.
