补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期的效果观察

目的研究补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期的临床效果。方法90例气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组患者单纯应用补阳还五汤治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NIHSS评分(7.56±1.25)分低于对照组的(12.34±2.22)分,Barthel指数(65.48±12.34)分高于对照组的(54.35±8.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者采用补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗可有效提高治疗效果,对改善神经功能缺损情况及生活质量发挥重要作用,是一种理想的治疗方案。

Effect observation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of stroke in convalescence

Objective To study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of stroke in convalescence.Methods A total of 90 patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of stroke in convalescence were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,and Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score(7.56±1.25)points of the observation group was obviously lower than(12.34±2.22)points of the control group,and Barthel index(65.48±12.34)points was obviously higher than(54.35±8.37)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of stroke in convalescence,and plays an important role in improving the neurological function defect and quality of life of patients,which is an ideal treatment scheme.
