Clinical effect of sacubitril/valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of sacubitril/valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional clinical methods,and patients in the observation group were treated with sacubitril/valsartan.The therapeutic effect and cardiac function indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 96.2%,which was higher than 75.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO)and 6-minute walking test(6MWT)of the observation group were(48.1±4.7)%,(66.8±2.7)ml,(4.9±0.3)L/min and(382.8±23.1)m,which were better than(42.3±3.5)%,(61.9±4.5)ml,(4.4±0.4)L/min and(352.9±18.3)m of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril/valsartan can obviously improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
