摘    要:目的 研究彩色多普勒超声在诊断乳腺增生症中的应用效果.方法 68例乳腺增生症患者为研究对象,均应用彩色多普勒超声进行检查.以病理诊断结果为金标准,观察彩色多普勒超声的诊断符合率.结果 病理诊断:乳腺囊性增生16例,乳腺小叶增生13例,乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生12例,乳腺组织增生13例,乳腺混合性增生14例.彩色多普勒超声诊断...

Abstract:Objective To study the practical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia.Methods There were 68 patients with breast hyperplasia as study subjects,and all examined by color Doppler ultrasound.With pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound was observed.Results Pathological diagnosis:16 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia,13 cases of breast lobular hyperplasia,12 cases of breast fibroadenoma-like hyperplasia,13 cases of breast tissue hyperplasia,and 14 cases of breast mixed hyperplasia.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis:15 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia,with diagnosis coincidence rate as 93.8%;13 cases of breast lobular hyperplasia,with diagnosis coincidence rate as 100.0%;11 cases of breast fibroadenoma-like hyperplasia,with diagnosis coincidence rate as 91.7%;10 cases of breast tissue hyperplasia,with diagnosis coincidence rate as 76.9%;13 cases of breast mixed hyperplasia,with diagnosis coincidence rate as 92.9%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic coincidence rate for breast hyperplasia,which can be used as a basis for clinical diagnosis,and its clinical application value is relatively high.
